Can I change or cancel my plan at any time? +
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your active subscription plan directly from your Billing settings inside the admin dashboard. There are no lock-in periods or cancellation fees.
Is there a free trial period? +
Yes, we provide a 7-day free trial on our paid subscription tiers. You can explore all capabilities, send up to 50 test invoices, and hook up WhatsApp integrations. No credit card is required to sign up.
What payment methods do you support? +
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking transfers, and UPI apps (Razorpay, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). For yearly invoices, we can also configure manual bank transfers.
How does WhatsApp integration work? +
Once active, the dashboard provides a "Send WhatsApp" button on invoices. The system sends a summary description and a secure signed download link directly to your customer's WhatsApp number. You can even configure custom notification templates.
