1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the SmartBill Pro platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the application.

2. User Registration & Security

To access the invoicing features, you must register a valid user account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete details during registration.
• Safeguard your password and assume responsibility for all operations conducted under your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that your business does not upload malware, attempt sql injection, or distribute spam messages via our API integration channels.

3. Invoicing Data & Tax Compliance

SmartBill Pro is a tool designed to help you create invoices and compute taxes. However:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the invoice numbers, rates, and values conform to local GST regulations and guidelines.
• We do not guarantee the completeness or legal compliance of the invoices under complex tax disputes. You should review calculated tax breakdowns with a professional chartered accountant.

4. Subscription Cycles & Payments

Services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription cycle. Active plans automatically renew unless you cancel the subscription before the billing date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to all active subscribers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SmartBill Pro Systems, its directors, employees, or developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, downtime, invoice errors, database failures, or temporary service suspensions.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
